We're Hiring: Play! Sales Associate

Are you interested in a fulfilling career in the playground industry working with municipalities, schools, landscape architects and general contractors?

Crozier Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic salesperson to join the Play! team as a Sales Associate for Eastern Ontario.

Core Responsibilities:

The core responsibilities of the Play! Sales Associate include, but are not limited to:

  • 10-15 qualified outside sales calls per week within Eastern Ontario
  • Leveraging sales opportunities with existing clients, building upon an established relationships
  • Prospecting new sales opportunities and clients and developing strong relationships
  • Developing and executing sales plans in collaboration with your Manager
  • Completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and sales activity reports, as required
  • Meeting or exceeding sales and activity targets and quotas
  • Managing all client relationships using
  • Developing and demonstrating strong industry, product and customer knowledge
  • Providing feedback and constructive inputs to management regarding important industry information
  • Managing and acting upon all leads prepared by office administrative staff
  • Providing input on customer requirements and preferences for all projects in your territory to Play! design staff
  • Preparing pricing proposals for clients on all Play! products
  • Working both collaboratively and cooperatively with the entire team at Crozier Enterprises Ltd.
  • Conducting oneself in a professional manor at all times and in accordance with Play!’s core values and brand image

Am I a good fit? What you need:

  • Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience in a relationship selling role, with a proven track record primarily as an order maker, rather than an order taker
  • Ability to work independently from your home office
  • Advanced computer and MS Office skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, time management skills and organization
  • Ability to prioritize own work and deliverable

This position is for someone who is self-motivated, with high energy, and who thrives on developing long-term business relationships. This role will report to the Manager of our Play! Division and operate out of a home office.

Crozier Enterprises Ltd. offers competitive compensation consisting of salary and commission.

Product knowledge and industry-specific sales training will be provided.
